M7_UL only getting 4g with specific Rom topic

I've tried updating to several Lolipop roms, flashed 2 different radios as well as double checked APN settings and confirmed that my Sim card does support LTE however no luck, I've been having the issue of not being able to retain LTE support. only rom that worked completely was this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2499452 the help would be greatly appreciated to resolve this nightmare.

my carrier is T-Mobile.
