So I bought a used Droid ultra and everthing works fine but I can't connect to pc to access storage. So I go onto Moto to check my phone and there is warranty till June. I file a repair claim and they have a "Adavance Exchange Program". They send me a "like new" replacement. So most likely refurb phone. Then I send them back my old phone but they put a 0 hold on my CC.
I'm wondering if they even have these phone? If they don't, will they upgrade my phone, give me credit? A upgrade would be cool but what phone would they upgrade me too? Whats a comparable upgraded phone?
They do send me a refurb phone whats the warranty on it? Would it be 90 days? That means I lose out because my current phone has 5 months left.
