Moto x repair! Not streaming videos or music! topic

OK, I have a at&t moto x that went thru the washing machine. I died it out for 2 days, turned it on and the screen would not respond. So I replaced the screen and digitizer assembly. The phone works now, the screen respond, it did the ota update from 4.4.2 to 4.4.4 just fine. But it won't stream any videos on camera or YouTube. Does anyone have any suggestions or any parts I could replace? Or am I just SOL? I don't understand why it's not streaming videos??? I would think that would be software related? Not hardware? Help please, thank you.
