OTG not working M8 topic

So it seems my OTG adapter is not working on my phone and i know it used to back when we had the 4.4.4 Kit Kat. Since updating to latest sense and lollipop it keeps returning error saying " Removed USB Storage" and the indicator light on my usb drive keeps blinking ( like it was on and off)

What is the cause and is there a fix for us to have the OTG functions working on Lollipop sense? I really want this to work.
