phone calls problem topic

I don't know what's going on with my phone. It keeps like I want want to say disconnected but there still on the phone but randomly they just cannot hear me even after I called them back we talk for a moment then randomly again they cannot hear me or I can not hear them can you please help me out not sure is the ROM or the kernel or something else....Attachment 3139248
