[Q] alcatel question topic

hi.. first timer.. i have a one touch fierce 7024w from t-moblie running 4.4.2 and I am looking to unlock it or rooting it (if that unlocks it). so I can change carriers. I have called alcatel and the do not give out unlock codes. and I have also tried using framaroot and no luck on any of the 3 it gave me( #9) so I would really appreciate some help. :D
