[Q] Bootsplash Upscaled? topic

I have a OnePlus One running TWRP, CM12 and Franco.Kernel.

I found that my bootsplash screen ( not bootanimation ) has been upscaled. That is earlier "Powered by Android" at bottom, was showing completely. But now first few second it is completely displayed, but after that a large part of it is hidden!

Please explain me what is happening and how to fix it!
