[Q] Capacitive Buttons Unresponsive topic

My capacitive buttons were working fine when I recieved my device three weeks ago, then the other day they decided just to stop all together. Not lighting up and not responding to touch input. The weird thing is they work when you touch them with the S-pen, they still don't light up but they work only with the S-pen.

I did a hard reset on the device still no luck I have tried everything, does anyone else have any suggestion before I send it back or has heard of the note 4 having issues with the capacitive buttons. To just stop functioning altogether, I know there are some sensitivity issues but haven't heard of them just not working.

If you have any suggestions I would appreciate your responses
