[Q] Flash Omega v24 topic

Hi I wish to flash Omega v24 on my note 3 should I restore my stock samsung nandroid (N9005XXUGNG1) backup or can I flash with full wipe over samsung based Audaxrom v12 (N9005DXUGNK1) that I have currently installed.....Thankyou
