[Q] installing lollipop topic

Hi guys i need help installing lollipop, i have downloaded update the file and when click on install update in notifactions bar the phone boots into recovery teamwin recovery, what do i do then. and my phone is rooted with htc standard rom and S is on. I have phone data backed-up.

do i need to wipe device before i install zip file in downloads folder.
