[Q] Is there way to record sound off Galaxy note 4 soundcard/chip ?? topic

I can record using tape machine and it records system sounds ok but I want to cut out the ambient noise microphones pick up and record directly off the soundcard / chip . Is there anyway to do this on android? I can do it on my linux machine with pauvcontrol
