Hi all,
I'm looking for a way to allow a game that takes a minute or so to load fully in the background while I do other things. I'm open to an app (like "Backgrounder" from Cydia), buildprop edits, an app that provides this functionality, scripts...anything.
Here's my real world example: Doctor Who: Legacy shows a few splash screens, checks for updates, performs a download, and then loads assets. The process takes almost a minute on my phone. I don't want to start at the same loading screen every time this happens, and would rather start the load, go read something, and then come back to play.
I explored bulletproofing/keep alive techniques but the problem isn't keeping the app from being terminated; my goal is to ensure the app runs as if it were in the foreground even when it's not.
Any ideas?
