[Q] Mic ONLY works while recording videos - doesn't work with other apps topic

Dear community,

the mic seems to work perfectly fine when I record videos.

However my voice messages on Whatsapp, as well as any recordings with the built in voice recorder don't record properly. There is only strange noise, hissing.

Do you know Any solution?
