[Q] my M7's firmware is strange... topic

i upgrade my firmware and the file is from a fourm in Taiwan,

after i upgrade it,
and it look so strange.
and there is no one knows how to solve it in that fourm.
first time it failed ,
and the second time,
it always stop at"sending zip"...

and then i wait for more than 5 mins,
it still stop there.
i have tried for many times.
could you give me some advice?
my hboot is now 1.60 , os-7.13.709.102(7.13.709.102) ,s-off,super CID
and i've tried to used RUU
its the same outcome..
it stop at sending zip again...

please give me reply...
or if need any more information

my ROM is now SkyDragonM7 v16
