[Q] Need help on creating custom rom for new mobile topic

Hello ppl, i have a smartphone whose manufacturer is reliance,but since the phone is not so popular and not manufactured outside India,i am unable to get a custom rom for it .The device name Reliance reconnect 4701 doesent recieve any updates from the maufacturer and currently runs on android 4.2,i wish to update it to android 5.0 lollipop and so i need to build a custom rom by myself.I want to have a nexus lke experience with the lollipop,so i would like to install stock android on my device. I'm a complete newbie to this area of custom roms.I went through many threads on this forum to build a custom rom but got confused after going through many threads.So please if anyone could guide me on how to develop my own custom rom with android 5.0 lollipop.
