[Q] Need Help ! with ROMS,.apks, etc. topic

hi i am quite new to this i have a LG G3 (D851) Rooted T-mobile USA i have unlimited Data !

i am looking for a way to bypass tmobile 5GB hotspot limit some kind of App,Rom! something ???
i have tried Wifi tether router By Fabio ! but it does not seem to work

i have read about prime tether ROM but i cannot seem how to install it or make it work i have tried & i cannot chang the APN setting to Ip4 !!! the phone will not allow it !
