[Q] Note 3 hangs after screen lock topic

It only started this morning and for the first time. My Note 3 is only slightly more than 1 year old and this morning when I unlock the screen lock, it hang after the first selection. And I can't even turn off the phone. it just hang at the yes/no screen. Need to take out the battery and turn on the phone and it works. But once the screen timeout, the same problem again.

It will not happen as long as I have the screen on always but that is draining the battery.

Please help! Do not wish to go service centre for this. :crying:
