[Q] Phone stuck on "htc One Beats Audio" screen after flash of new rom topic

Ok so I was having previous problems where I couldn't load OTG in TWRP to install a rom because I had accidentally wiped the phone without a rom or backup saved to it. I was able to get help in my previous thread and I got to the point where the rom installed successfully but when i do a reboot it acts like it about to boot but then gets stuck on the HTC one screen with the beats audio at the bottom. I'm not sure where to go from here, If I have to i'll return to stock but I wanted to try and keep android rev. 90.1 on there. please please help

twrp 2.6.3.3 (ended up downgrading because rom wouldn't flash with 2.6.3.4)
