[Q] photon not charging. topic

Hi guy I have a photon Q with kitkat and pacman. when i plug the charger into the phone on the quick view screen it says charging but when I go into battery under settings it says not charging. anyone have this issue or know a fix? i've tried many different chargers luckily i have second batter and external charger keeps me going for now.
