[Q] Programmatically set google voice settings (always on/off)? topic

I'd like to switch the "always on" "ok google" recognition feature with my app on and off, so that the user won't have to manually go to the voice settings Activity and switch it.

Is this somehow possible? Doesn't matter if root access is required.
