[Q] Relock bootloader and Fixing Warning Message Failed [XT-1033] topic

I have unlocked bootloader and fix warning message on my Moto G Dual SIM [XT-1033] with Kitkat 4.4.4. Several days ago upgrade to Lollipop 5.0.2 and success. After upgrading to Lollipop warning message apear again so I try to relock again...but doesn't work. So I'm tray to fix warning message...and that's doesn't working to.
