[Q] Root for SlateBook 14 topic

I know it's a severely niche device but wondering if anyone has achieved root or know a valid method to root the SlateBook 14. I tried TowelRoot but it said the device is not supported. It is currently running Android 4.4.x.

Would be the perfect device if I could root it.
