[Q] S health won't lock on to GPS location topic

I'm trying to use S-Health's built in exercise tracking features for when I go running and biking but my S-Health just won't lock on to my location. So it basically doesn't work as far as tracking my running and biking distance.

I am rooted with exposed installed on stock rom with latest firmware.

Would appreciate if anyone can help me troubleshoot this problem.
