[Q] sm-N9005 : imei change problem topic

I have no problem with my note 3 , but I want to change its imei with another device becuase my imei is blocked
so I started with following step:
1- root my sm-n9005 with Odin3 v3.09 and done ok
2- backup my efs with IMEI tool n9005 by dr. ketan to my pc

3-try to reset efs in download mode using spt but not respond (download mode info for device say odin.......
