[Q] Unable to restore QCN file with QPST Software Download application. topic

Hi All, this is my first post so sorry if etquette or sthg is wrong :)
I have been able to connect my OPO to my computer and open diagnostic port and see it as a modem (COM11).
I was able to access it with QPST Software Download application to make a backup. ( I can describe how to do it if necessary)

Unfortunately I am Unable to restore QCN file with QPST Software Download application.
It all works OK to the end (100%), until it says resetting, then it says connection lost and it fails.

Any idea what I am doing wrong?
