[Q] update to new touchwiz theme topic

after updating to kitkat . samsung did not gave new touchwiz theme :(

WHY IS IT SO :confused:
can we apply new touchwiz theme without any root or downloading any themer from app store ?

OR

is there any update to new touchwiz theme ?
