[Q] WiFi byebye? WiFi dead on main and alt roms topic

Good day. My WiFi has mysteriously stopped functioning. It turns on, allows selection of a network, then just dies and shuts off. I thought at first it was a ROM issue, but when I booted into my altrom (modaco) and the same thing occurred I realized it wasn't.

I'm pretty sure the device is toast, but just wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem before I chuck it into the trash compactor.
