hi im trying to install the viper one rom on my htc m8 rom the issue is i have no idea what is really needed as every were i look seems to contradict another;/ aaaa :mad:
so heres my questions :
1) i need to root which means unlocking the boot-loader ,right? does that mean the only method is through htcdev or is there a much better way?
2) after rooting and un locking if i use sunshine (and pay ) it will not be recorded by htc?
3) what is the easiest way of doing all of this??
