Stock recovery, S-on, bootloader enabled, NO OS INSTALLED topic

hi guys
i made a factory reset hoping that the phone would be as good as new. but instead it wiped my data..
How do i install a Firmware and Rom that is on my SDcard with S-on, Bootloader enabled, Stock recovery. ?
is it possible to flash it through FASTBOOT USB ?
