Update Bootloader topic

Hi guys I am trying to install cyanogenmod but it gives me this error
"This package supports bootloaders: 3.18.0.0000, 3.19.0.0000, this device has bootloader 3.16.0.0000"
I searched the forum for those bootloaders but seem like i cant find it. Anyone know how i can install this?
