Weather problem topic

Hi every one. I have one problem in (any sense rom like htc stock or rooted sense rom or revolution) after wiping data and system or after Reset phone.
In normal position my weather) search button search any city (my city Is ramsar) but after wipe my search button in weather not work & only show Provincial capitals(Meanwhile my location service is working correct.) Is there any solution for solve this problem?
