Wi-Fi problems Lollipop topic

Hi,

before Lollipop, no problems with Wi-Fi...
Now, after many factor reset and these advanced Wi-Fi settings (Attachment 3134479 ; Attachment 3134480), I have these 2 problems:
1) only one Wi-Fi saved, when I go out coverage and come back, autoconnection not works. I have to connect manual or disabling and activatign Wi-Fi.
Autoconnect functions only if I have Passpoing flag on (!!!)
2)When I turn OFF Wi-Fi, in the battery status screen, battery bar is always full. If I turn off phone and then turn ON with Wi-Fi OFF, Wi-Fi bar is blank.
