Rooted G Pad 8.0 LTE, not able to delete system apps from carrier topic

Hi, I just rooted my G Pad 8.0 LTE with purpledrake, installed SuperSU and Titanium Backup and it seems like I have root, but I can't uninstall some system apps from my carrier Orange. Is it normal? It says "failed to locate apk file". I have titanium installed on my Galaxy S3 rooted and I can uninstall any system app I want. I also get a warning when I start Titanium: "the mount namespace separation setting in supersu might not work reliably on some platforms. If you encounter any problems please try changing it" :confused:

I just purchased the M8 hk edition and activated it. I haven't mess with an HTC phone since the evo 3d. I unlocked bootloader and rooted. I want to obtain s-off but everything I've researched looks like it either can't be done or you need to pay for sunshine exploit... I can usually figure things like this out on my own, but I'm getting frustrated and would like some help. I've attached a screenshot of my phone info. If it's not possible as of yet, that is fine, just would like a clear answer. Thanks in advance.

Brick Phone - EFS delete - no S-Off topic

Please HELP ME!! :(

At first, sorry for my bad english, i´m german.

I have a HTC One Vodafone, on hboot 1.57 and CID VODAP102. currently running CM12 5.02

So, during the Root-Process the EFS-Partition was delete and so my HTC has no IMEI Nr oder Baseband Nr. and of course i have no backup.. nothing...

i wanted to restore or repair my EFS partition as mentioned in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2399037

but in my phone is no /data/nvram/md/NVRAM path .. i think because i have not the stock ROM installed, right?

So i decided to flash the right Stock ROM like described here: (sorry, german site) http://www.android-hilfe.de/anleitun...-swisscom.html

BUT for doing that i need to S-OFF my phone, i really tried everything, firewater, rumrunner, revone... it seems like it is impossible for me..

Rumrunner says, my combination of Kernel and ROM is not supported.. WTF? which combination do i need??

So, my main problem is to restore the EFS.. Is there any simpler way to do that??

How to delete 100k+ texts topic

So I am in a tough one here.

I have over 100k+ texts in different threads. My text messaging app is starting to get really slow.
I try to delete these using the app but it just says "deleting" and the whole app freezes. I've cleared data and cache and still no fix. I believe I need to manually delete these texts somehow.
Anyone have any idea?

How do you delete multiple apps from My Apps in Google Play Store? On G3, I long press and select multiple apps but there is no delete or X button.. just an install button. I remember back then you could highlight multiple apps from My Apps on desktop and just delete them all at once. Arg so annoying, I hate it when they change interfaces for the sake of change. It was working perfectly fine before.. any help would be appreciated, thanks.

How to delete .dat files topic

Im running ARHD 34 Lollipop and have some .dat files on the internal sd card.
It's mostly "leftovers" from deleted apps, e.g. TomTom navigation, where there is a Tomtom folder with a "currentmap.dat" file, so i can't delte the folder.
If i browse the phone storage from my PC i can delete folder, but it's back after reboot.
And if i open the folder i can't wiew the .dat files.
Does anybody know how to delete the .dat files?

i cannot change permissions or owner, whatever i try either with adb or terminal emulator.
they take up ~500mb, so it would be really nice if they were gone.
does anyone have an idea other than data wipe? would be greatly appreciated!
