[q] deep bricked s7562 s7562gsmh topic

PLEASE Help me guys... :)
Odin stucks at "SetupConnection.." while flashing an deep bricked S7562. Phone is in download mode without doing any key comibination. Odin is detecting it properly.

Also can u guys tell me which firmware should i download for S7562GSMH varient??? as i searched alot but couldn't find the appropriate firmware by name. then i read on an xda post that S7562XXBMJ1 will work with it. But still no luck.....kindly help
