[Q] Desire 816G Dual Sim - Europe topic

Hey Guys,

i tryed to unlock the Phone of a Friend but i failed.
He got the Desire 816G Dual Sim - Europe / German Version.
Basicly i tryed for 8 Hours Yesterday, i tryed all the Tutorials on so many Sites and did go though soo many Threads here but im just stuck.
so If i do

on my mac, there are just "..." forever. On My Windows it says "Failed remote : unknown command"
I cant flash a custom recovery, it says the Bootloader is locked.
If i do :

I get asked if i really wanna unlock my bootloader, this will cause loss of guarantee and stuff, volume up yes, volume down no, i can press Up as much as i want, it only accepts Volume down...
So after Hours of Hours trying and Failing i pretty much realized i need the right Ruu - but i cant find a dual Sim Europe version.
Would be great if soome could help me out here.
