Uh oh... 8.9 stuck at orange logo topic

My upgrade of lollipop on KFHD 8.9 to latest of hashcode's release died aborning as my tablet somehow rebooted itself right after I "swiped to flash" in twrp.

I can get into fastboot, consistently, I've tried SRT 2.1, but I'm still stuck. Not sure what else I can try. I hate to toss the tablet, but I'm out of ideas.

Any help appreciated.
