[Q] Does anyone who know how to make unlock attempt to 1? topic

I bought my at&t lg g2 it is the device that someone had already used.my phone had unlocked before i buy so i trying to unlock it but as you can see the picture i uploaded it cant i think the person who had this phone already try 10time
but i dont know how to take it back to attempt 1 does anybody know?
