Second nexus 6 but do I upgrade? topic

Just swapped my nexus 6 for another unit because of vibration issues.. But was unsure if the 5.0.1 update was actually worth it?.. Did initially update straight away on the old unit but decided not to at the moment.. Any good reasons to update.. Input would be appreciated
