[Q] HTC M8 Doesn't Work (help an idiot please) topic

Ok so I messed up trying to root my phone for the first time. I skipped the whole S-Off step and now my favorite phone is just this brick.

So my situation is I was running a GPE edition no problems but when I tried to flash stock recovery so it would do an OTA update everything went bad.

My bootloader turned black and my bootup screen has this lock icon at the bottom now.
I can't flash any ROMs on my phone and nothing seems to work. I just need to get any sense based ROM to work on my phone so I can get it working.
I will probably S-OFF next chance i get though.
