[Q] storage problem in cm12 and network problem in cm11 topic

IS there any method to transfere apps and/or their data to sd card or at least to the internal memory?? (I tried Link2sdcard but not working ) as I only have 100 MB free in the device memory.

Also in Official CM11 (from official cyanogen site (12/01 built) ) teir is no network (baseband version unknown ) , is their any fix to this problem ??
