Sony xperia z2 keyboard works or not? topic

Hello guys
I wanna,we test z2 keyboard if it works on mate7 or not?
I think it's the best keyboard I've ever used and it's swype is great
I've tested this keyboard on various devices,like: note2, note3,galaxy nexus, nexus 4 and on all it works fine

Does anybody here who tested it on mate7?

Samsung Keyboard selection for everyone! Flashable .zip file

Hello guys, as may some of you know, I also have some of this keyboards in my rom and now I thought, why don't make them public? So everyone can flash it on his tab, no mather if his running another rom or stock rom :)

It is working fine on Tab S 8.4 and 10.5 (all variants) But it may also work with other Tablets, such as Tab 4 or Tab 3. You just have to run stock android 4.4.2 or higher.

This mod requiers root acces and a working recovery! So you warranty is void. I'm not responsible for a damaged device!

Instructions:
0. Have a working recovery (TWRP or Philz Touch)
1. Download the file you want
2. Copy it to your tab
3. Reboot to recoverymode
4. Select the zip file and install it
5. Reboot and you are done!

Bugs:
-With the Note Pro keyboard, the restrictive text will may not work... :(

[Q] HTC Sense Keyboard Emoji History Lost topic

Hi guys. Every now and then seemingly at random, the emoji history (recent emoticons used) for the HTC Sense Keyboard is cleared. Seems to happen every few weeks or so. I'm running everything stock and still waiting for the Lollipop OTA. I use Hangouts, Whatsapp, and Facebook Messenger. I'm not sure if one of those apps is somehow clearing the emoji history. Of course this is really a small bug, but I was wondering if anyone else is getting this? I saw one user report the same behavior on Google Play when reviewing HTC Sense Input.

Keyboard differences? Help! topic

I cant seem to get my keyboard to have the symbols on the letters. My stock keyboard does not have them. I have to hit the symbols button wich is a pain when typing. Any help on how to change? My girlfriends ATT Note 4 has the one i want. But my verizon is different. Not sure why.

I really want to instal the lg g3 keyboard but i cant get it work..
My oneplus is not rooted so i think i have to root my device. Someone can confirm that?

I know many roms do not have the Samsung Chinese IME (Samsung Chinese Keyboard) , so I get the app from the lastest (newest) official Galaxy Note II LTE Stock ROM.

This is mainly provide for Hong Kong , Taiwan and China users~
It should be only for Galaxy Note II/Note II LTE(GT-N7100/GT-N7105), other devices may not support it!

Installation guide:
ROOT REQUIRED

1. Download the following file
2. Unzip them to the "/system/" or unzip them and move them to "/system/"
3. Go to the "/system/app/" folder and confirm there is a "SamsungChineseIME.apk"
4. Then reboot/restart the phone (If you cannot see the keyboard installed, you may need to go into the "/system/app/" folder to install it yourself.)
5. Finally, it is done.

Why is there no app that uses your front camera and projects a keyboard on the surface of the table? You look at your phones screen and type away on the desk. This would be a pretty cool app. Do you know if there is something like this around?

[Q] How to disble hovering for S-Pen on Lollipop Google Keyboard topic

i love this Google Lollipop Keyboard, and i use it long time. (Link)
but i have the problem that if i use it with my S-Pen from my Note4, it doubles the keys.
If i hover away with the S-Pen from a Letter like "a" it types again a "a".
So the first "a" on press and second "a" on hover away that makes it imposible to type with the S-Pen on the Keyboard.

Is there a way to disable this "hovering" ?

Is anyone also using the Google Lollipop Keyboard and have not this problem ?

Is there a way I can prevent a user from changing input method?

I want to build an app with some device administration features. One important feature will be the ability to prevent a change of input method.

Is there an api to prevent a user from changing input methods in the settings? Maybe some other device administration apps that you know of that do it?

the stock keyboard seems to be good for me. It has gesture typing (which is like swype I'm used to) and also has voice typing. I'm copying over my swype dictionary from S4 onto this keyboard. Are there other keyboards that have these two functions but are even better?

Folio Keyboard: not waking screen or putting to sleep topic

Hi All, I purchased a used Folio keyboard recently, and all is well, except it doesn't put the screen to sleep or wake it. My son has same set up direct from Google, and we have tested his tablet and folio and proved that its my keyboard. (I also have cheapo cover that puts my N9 to sleep and wakes it)

As it looks like the seller may not refund, does anyone know where the magnets are located. I have tried to compare the two keyboards, but both appear to have exactly same configuration the best I can test. I am wondering that it may be a polarity. (straws and clinging!)

That's the file, I'm running Note 4 Port Evolution 3.0 (KK 4.4.4) but the keyboard that comes with it has a theme and has bigger text so I can't type properly. I bet Im not the only one running this rom with this issue. I've tried several of other roms apk's but no luck, they all force closed except for this one. The issue is that everything it's to big, can only see half of the keyboard. Any help or instruction would be appreciated. Thanks

Photon Q Physical Keyboard Causes Screen to Stop Working topic

I'm using the Motorola photon q CDMA from sprint, It's running on cm 11. This has just started happening, i'll notice that the screen will either go dark, have a bunch of green and blue fuzzy lines, or just glitch out and freeze. The weird thing is that the phone stays fully functional, it's still responsive I just can't see what i'm doing. This only happens when I slide out the physical keyboard. Any help is appreciated.
