Need a app to run in background & remote control my android with topic

Should be free. Also teamviewer doesn't work for this. You have to manually authenticate connections to it on your android device. The app should simply run in the background without using many resources until it gets a request to use its screen.

Would also highly prefer it runs or has a lan-preferred mode so I can use it with less battery resources and far lower latency than I would having to transfer things over the internet

Microsoft Remote Desktop topic

With the Note Edge I can't display the whole Remote Desktop, it looks like the Microsoft App thinks the screen is bigger than the viewable area. I have to scroll a few lines up or down. With Note 3 I had the full screen in view. There are all the time a few lines missing, either on the top or the bottom of the screen.

Anyone knows, how to fix this?

Remote screen unlock? topic

Ok, after having the worst luck of the year I drop my HTC One M8 down the toilet post pee..

Bag of rice in airing cupboard for a week..... Screen works but with internal marks.

It takes a good 5 mins to boot and when it does the digitiser is lifeless... Just nothing!

I've got insurance but my problem is I've got electrical testing software on the phone with 2 days worth of testing results on it. :(

I know the insurance will reset my phone once repaired as I've done it before...

When I plug into computer I can't back up because my screen lock... Is there a remote way of unlocking so I can access and back up my data.

I'm due an inspection in March and need the results.. On top of that I've broken my left hand and am off work so can't just lose 2 days to retest... Happy 2015 :crying:

Is there any chance of this happening anytime soon? I mean playing Playstation, or PC games through the VR would be awesome. Not a full VR experience, but just the ability to play.

Seems vnc is the only option in this case?

Hey guys I wanted to know how to use the nexus 5 as a TV remote control. Does it have a IR blaster? I don't think so. I've heard that it doesn't need the it blaster because it can use WiFi to be a remote control. Can anyone tell me some apps that are legit and actually work? This is really frustrating because I want to use my phone as a remote for my TV. Pls help it would be really appreciated.

Firetv remote not working topic

I have the FireTV box. I installed the wireless remote app for my android and it worked ok. Then I realized the remote itself isn't working at all. I tried unplugging the cord and rebooting. Nothing.

Any suggestions?
