[REQUEST] Z3 Style cover widget for Android 4.4.4 phones topic

(This is a lockscreen widget)
I don't get it. The widget works flawlessly on the Z1 running 4.4.4 and I've tested the same apk on the 314 build for the Z2...but something happened in 4.4.4 for the Z2 and 3. The widget is not available when you search for it. A few hours ago I tried it on a Z3 based ROM and I had the same problem. The widget is in system/app and it has the correct permissions, but you can't put it on the lockscreen. After testing that ROM for a while, I downgraded back to the 314 build, rooted and installed the app and bam! It is there with the other widgets. What can I do? I really need that widget. Will look great with my SW2 :good:

[Q] Beautiful Widgets and other Widget Problems topic

Hey Roomies, hoping for an answer / solution to my problem with the Widgets I'm using on my n9005.

The issue I'm having is the Widgets I have are not updating as they should.

I'm using Beautiful Widgets amongst others with Next Launcher.

If I rotate the screen the widgets will update as they should but never in real time.

I'm using a custom ROM by the Echoe team (v20).

I've reinstalled all the apps concerned but still the same issue persists.

Any help would be greatly appreciated so I'd like to offer my thanks in advance

This app includes a simple interface (and also a widget) to enable/disable the ability to create connections using the mobile network.

Obviously, you need to configure your APN following your provider instructions in order to connect to the Internet using the mobile network. We are not hacking/cracking the connections to provide Internet for free in any case; only are providing a shortcut to enable/disable.

1. Download this file: http://www.mediafire.com/download/18...009_v.1.6..zip
2. delete AccuweatherPhone2014_S_HD.apk and WeatherDaemon2014.apk in system\apps
3. copy AccuweatherPhone2014.apk and WeatherDaemon2014.apk from the zip-file in system/apps and set permission as usual to R-R-R-W
4. reboot phone and enjoy.

[Q][IDEA] Widget combiner (merging, stacking) other widgets? topic

I looking for a widget which can be a "container" for other widgets.
It would be a great workaround for a limitation of only ONE widget on lockscreens.

And it works on my old Google NExus with CM 10.1
But unfortunatelly not works on my current phone HTC One X - it crashes here.

Clock-Weather-Schedule Widget topic

I love the original Clock-Weather-Schedule (or called Today Briefing) widget from LG Optimus 2X very much, but I cannot find anything near to it in the store. So I tried to install the Apk on Z3 Compact and give it a try. Ok, it works but not 100% (see screenshot).

Any expert here can help me out? I see 2 issues here:

1. The numbers in the clock is a bit mis-aligned.

2. It's supposed to show today's event, but it always show "No Events".

[Q] Gallery widget like Sony topic

Hello,
I am searching for a Gallery widget like these from Sony phones.
It was nice to see on the home screen what my last shots are.

Widget to turn the screen off topic

Since M8 doesn't have option to turn the screen off by double tapping on home screen (I really don't know why), I've used a widget on KitKat to turn it off. Today I've finally updated it to Lollipop, and I have problems with it.
I have Smart Lock enabled (with face recognition), and when I turn the screen off with widget, and turn it on again, face recognition doesn't even start. Only if I turn it off with power button, then everything works. I've tried several widgets from Play store, but all of them have the same problem.

My question is- does somebody know about wigdet that doesn't have this problem? I would be very grateful if someone knows.

Back To The Future widget topic

Here's my movie tribute widget to one of the greatest sequels of all time. The clock tower clock tells time. Time circuits keep track of digital time and date. Power box shows battery in %. The flux capacitor is just there for display. Haven't thought of how to utilize it yet. DeLorean actually moves across the screen!
