Hi all...

I bought an One Max O2 branded and updated to 4.4...with the f**** GPS Problem.

Now i tried some Custom Roms... with some Roms i got fast fix but horribel accuracy with others it takes long time to fix with a better accuracy. So i think ist definetly no Hardware-Problem.

I think the only way to get a good working GPS is rollback to 4.3.

Im unlocked, S-Off and on hboot 2.49...

Anyone can tell me what to do to completely roll back to Stock 4.3?

So this one isn't working when I flash it with TWRP ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/desi...stock-t2961521 ). I wasn't successful looking for one so I was hoping I could find some help here. After I flash back to stock I want to flash this kernel ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/desi...ernel-t2969979 ).
Correct me if I'm wrong but I feel as though this combination is better than just having CM11. Less hardware issues is a huge plus for me.

Problem getting back root after updating to B321 topic

I was so glad to see the official B321 update that I quickly downloaded it and updated to it. Problem is in order to do so I had to go back to the stock recovery. Now that I've updated I can't get ROOT back. Mate toolkit and eRoot don't seem to work on 4.4.2. Anyone knows how I can get back root. I tried putting the update.app file for older 4.2.2 ROMs in the dload folder but update fails. Anyone please help.

Hello, I have rooted (s-on) my Htc one m8 Harmon/Kardon edition. I have seen a lot of threads and guides showing how to do this but none of them seem to apply to my specific cid, which is SPCS_004. I haven't been able to find any compatible nandroid backups. I think maybe im just in over my head and I don't want to mess anything up....can anyone point me in the right direction?

How to ODIN ATT S5 Active back to stock? topic

My sister has an S5 Active and has somehow managed to make her rom unusable. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. I'm thinking of using ODIN to flash her back to stock as download mode seems to be the only mode functioning. Anyone have the proper files for this? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I have an htc one m8 from att, and I lost my stock sense 6 backup. All i want to do is get it back. I am not good when it comes to android rooting, so please go easy on the instructions. How do I get back the sense 6 rom, I am on cyanogenmod skin on top of lollipop, whenever I go into adb, it gives me a device not found, though I have the latest drivers, I apparently have to have s-off, so I found a file for firewater which I am not sure it works or not. Please somebody help, I am getting really tired of this big, metal brick!

I bought this phone from Singapore and it came unlocked without a subscriber. I unlocked the bootloader and flashed (Insert Coin) I also have CWM, I matched up the model and the hboot but does'nt the baseband need to either be the same or higher for restoring to a factory RUU?
Please post any suggestions as I'm excited to get this back to stock.

I have try a few stock Roms but without success. RUU doesn't work.
Every time the phone got restart when I tried guru stock rom.

Hey Guys, so if i want to flasj back too KK from custom lillipop Rom, should I flash factory Images, then the Rom or flash the Rom directly.

Hello all, recently got a g2 at&t d800, now want to change the back housing to golden or red color, saw some of them on ebay, but they don't have the hole for the extra microphone for D800, is that third microphone really important? Is there any use of it?, I am currently using cloudy g2
Also on many cases there is the same issue, they don't have hole for the extra mic on d800.

Need help going back to Stock from GPE Lollipop topic

I relocked my bootloader. Turned S- ON and ran the correct RUU.exe file that I downloaded straight from HTC's website and I always get stuck during the update process(technically a downgrade I suppose) The RUU.exe always comes back with error 155 UNKNOWN ERROR. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I ran ADB and checked before I ran the RUU that my PC does in fact recognize it( both while on my homescreen and FASTBOOT mode). Please I need help!
