I just googled "xda honor 6 " and I clicked on a link that had the same description for the phone page of Honor 6.
However, I logged in and noticed that the DNS was: http://forumxda-developers.greatknow.com/ and I quickly closed it, and changed my password on the real forum.xda-developers.com site.

The site looks like the exact carbon copy of xda!!!

[Q] Fake IMEI to deceive the system? topic

Hi, all!
My I9300 encountered the EMMC problem and replaced it with one from another I9300. Now the IMEI of the EMMC is different than that of the radio hardware, and now the phone is unable to use cell network.
I know using a SPT box can fix this, but I don't have one nor do I plan to buy one for this. Can I use Xprivacy to deceive the system, in order to solve this problem? Many thanks!

[Q] Fake device baseband version topic

Hi,

I have an app that requires "G900IDVU1ANE1" baseband (Asia - Oceanic), for no real reason (it's an SM-G900I firmware baseband)

Currently I have a "G900FZHU1ANI2" (SM-G900F) baseband installed (Europe, see screen shot) and I have rooted it, & tried to flash the SM-G900I firmware onto it, but it fails with this error in Odin v3.07:

So I need to either be able to flash the firmware on the SM-G900F device to the SMG900I firmware, or fake the baseband version so that the app can run.

It's ridiculous, but I need to do it :(

[Q]Xposed module for fake shutdown makes buttons unresponsive topic

Im looking for a xposed module that would let me have a fake shutdown but that would leave the phone running without turning on the screen even when pressing buttons.

I tried the advanced power menu+ and it does have a fake shutdown, but after the 10s of (fake)shutting down message, if i press the home button on my s5, the screen still lights up and shows the pattern to unlock.

What i wanted is one that after showing that message and shuts down the screen, it doesn't light up again when pressing the home or side buttons and the only way to restart it is to remove the battery /pressing the power button for a few seconds or something along those lines, that way in case the phone is stolen the thief will think its off and i will still be able to track it for a while longer. Is there a module for that?

Fake original plastic screen on this galaxy note 4 SM-n910t T-mobile version? topic

This is a picture of the phone. I have never seen this original screen protector on this phone before. Usually its the one with the white pen pointing straight upward. Can anyone tell me if this is real?
