[Q] How to disable wireless charging and battery full notifications on Lollipop topic

Has anyone found a way to disable the annoying wireless battery notification or the battery full notification? It is really annoying if you are in a car using a wireless charger and run an app that keeps the screen turned on. For example, if the screen is on when you place the phone on the charger, the charging notification will appear and never go away. The same thing happens when you are driving along and the battery reaches 100%. The notification is stuck on the screen until you turn off the screen and then turn it back on. Is there a better way to avoid this?

I cannot seem to figure out how to block the vibration notifications that occur when I walk in and out of range of bluetooth on my phone.

My watch is constantly buzzing on my wrist as I move through different rooms of my house, and I certainly don't want to take my phone every time I get up. I'm not talking about a card notification, but it's a little cloud that appears and disappears on every watch face I've tried, including facer, stock, watchmaker, and third party watch faces.

Does anyone know of a way to disable that vibration alert?

I searched for this but couldn't find anything. Is there a way to disable the super annoying "finding location" icon and notification? I attached a screenshot of my notifications pulldown so you can see what I'm talking about. It also flashes the "pin" icon in the notifications bar when it's trying to find my location. Any way to disable this? It's driving me nuts.

I'm on Jasmine ROM v4.0 and have xposed installed f that makes a difference.

Here is Spotify APK moded to disable random restriction on player for GB+ devices. Looking everywhere for an alternative for TabletMetrics Xposed Module found @ViRb3 post . He had managed to modify Spotify app, but the version of his app requires API level 15 and GB is on API9 level. And his version of API9 Spotify app wasn't installing in our GB devices. So starting from @ViRb3 ideas (half-way explained) in his post I decided to decompile Spotify and find my way. (Later I will give more technical details on how I achived it)

Hey,
Ive been trying to build a rom without SElinux present using:
"androidboot.selinux=disabled" in device/lge/hammerhead/Boardconfig
Disabling SElinux security overall in kernel defconfig via make menuconfig.
Ive tried both methods with and without each other.
Rom builds fine with inline kernel (Optipop with Optipop stock kernel) but it doesnt boot at all. Logcat didnt show anything special happening. Can post it here if someone wants to take a look. Its quite short and ends in E/bootanimation cannot find audio.conf, but thats not really the issue as its seen there even when it boots.
So wanted to ask is it possible to build Lollipop rom with SElinux disabled NOT permissive.
Ive build my own customized SimpleAOSP rom, back in the KitKat time, and all i needed was kernel defconfig edit to disable SElinux and all was working perfectly. SElinux was disabled and everything ran smooth. sys/fuse/selinux was gone.

I want to disable scrolling-cache for every list on popup, such as ringtone selector, etc. How can I accomplish this?

I tried to disable scrolling-cache entirely, but some app which takes benefit from scrolling-cache, such as ColorNote, becomes laggy. It seems the app doesn't explicitly enable the scrolling-cache, because the default value of scrolling-cache is enabled. So I think it is better to keep scrolling-cache enabled by default.

Hello, is there a way to permanently disable safe mode mode?... so there is no way to enter in safe mode even when the phone is shutted down and I try to boot in safe mode pressing the hardware buttons?... I'm asking this because I need to deploy a MDM solution and the phone never should enter in safe mode to disable the MDM solution.

OK, so I have to use my fingerprint to unlock my phone. For me this gets annoying when I am in my car or extremely busy working and my screen times out. this wouldn't be so much of a problem if the note 4 had lollipop but we dont at the moment.

I solved this using the following:

Root
Xposed
and a module called NO LOCK HOME

You can set it to any bluetooth or wi-fi connection, or to a specific one. I set mine to my car but changed it to any bluetooth because of my moto 360 and hands free are the only other devices that connect over bluetooth. Plus if you go out of range it auto locks or when the the screen is off depending on your settings.

So I've been looking around for this for a while. It seems like there are a couple potential solutions to stop the wireless charging notifications (i.e. starting and stopping), but they only work for xposed or for kitkat.

OK, so I love changing the DPI of my phone and apps. so i thought why not share what I know with others.
These are the apps that I feel are needed to be changed , so if you think i missed one just tell me and I'll add it.
another note i don't use the touchwiz launcher and different roms can use one that's modded.

of course your phone needs to be ROOTED

you can use whatever app you like to change your DPI, I used xposed app settings and would suggest the same

NOTE 4 default DPI is 640


In xposed app settings to change your system DPI you turn on
android system & system ui
and change it to your desired DPI (320 for me).
(you can also change it using the build.prop)

I guess its necessary to say this:
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR DPI IN ANY WAY, DO AS STATED BELOW

These setting are recommended if you use them:
S-Voice
- you don't have to change the dpi to stock unless you want to but if you get a FC change the screen dp to 480x854
Samsung Keyboard
- you can leave it the same as your new DPI or change it to stock DPI if the secondary icons alignment bothers you, check the box 'apply res to widgets',
Lockscreen (com.android.keyguard)
- you don't have to change this one back to stock but if you use lockscreen security the bottom will look weird
- to change it to stock, enter the stock DPI (640) and check the box 'apply res to widgets'. A reboot will be requried

If you use smart remote, set it up before changing your DPI because it might make the setup FC but the app will still work fine
